What we collect
Only what you enter in the inquiry form: name, email or phone number, project type, location, approximate floor area and message. If you call or email us, we process the data in that conversation.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request before entering into a contract (Article 12 of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act).
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If we work together, we keep data for as long as the contract and the law require.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data. Form messages pass through our hosting provider’s server in Serbia, which does not use them for any other purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies or marketing tools. Third-party content: the Google Maps map on the Studio and Contact pages (when it loads, Google may set cookies and process your IP address under its privacy policy, policies.google.com/privacy) and the project-map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers (no cookies; the server sees your IP address, osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy).
Analytics (with consent)
If you accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to see which pages are visited. Without consent no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. (policies.google.com/privacy).

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing and to object. Send requests to the email above. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
