First meeting
We talk about the site, the brief and the timeline. A quote follows the meeting.

Survey
We gather planning conditions, the site survey and, for reconstructions, a survey of the existing building.

Concept design
Plans, section and massing. We review options together until the design is settled.

Visualisation
Photoreal 3D views, so you can see the building before it is built.
- 05
Permit and construction design
Preliminary design, permit documentation (PGD) and construction drawings (PZI).
- 06
During construction
We stay available to the contractor and the client for questions and design changes.
